The past couple of weeks saw major problems with myDiveOnline.com's infrastructure coincide with my holidays. As a result, detecting and resolving outages took much longer than it should have.
The support team now tells me that they've found the root cause of the outages that have been recurring over the past month or so. Fingers crossed.
